• Dana Paul - Co-Founder & CEO, Over 20 years of experience in brand development, retail, digital development and consumer insights. Creative development experience includes ESPN XGames, and Alex and Ani among others.

• Cole Schaefer - NFT Advisor & Co-Founder at SMACKIN' Sunflower Seeds, Cole architects Ritual Motion's NFT efforts and advises on community building. He brings expertise from founding his own startup and other ecommerce businesses.

• Brian Waddick - NFT Advisor & Co-Founder at SMACKIN' Sunflower Seeds, Along with Cole, Brian leads Ritual Motion's NFT efforts and advises on community building. He brings expertise from founding his own startup and other ecommerce businesses.

• Melanie Risley - VP of Strategy & Operations, Melanie leads the overall development and community growth efforts for Ritual Motion’s live video platform. Melanie is a passionate people connector and talented event specialist. An educator first, Melanie has been active in the esports industry through coach training and development.

• Ricardo Dixon - Community Manager, Ricardo leads the social media and community growth initiatives at Ritual Motion including all activities on Discord, Twitter and community-based partnerships.

• Crystal Mills - VP, Content, Crystal has more than a decade of experience in gaming and esports journalism with various organizations including theScore, Esports Insider, Benzinga, and OpTic Gaming. In addition, Crystal is a Women in Games Ambassador and host of Power Level.

• David Rozen - Crypto Advisor, David is a senior strategic corporate leader with over 20 years of finance and accounting experience in a diverse mix of companies and an expert in Public Private Partnerships (ie. PPP, P3). He is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Mashantucket Pequot Tribe.

• Chris Daft - VP, Operations, Chris brings over 25 years experience in product development, retail operations, fulfillment and quality control. Chris was also an integral member of the teespring.com team.

• Ben Feferman - Advisor, Ben is the CEO and Co-founder of Amuka Esports, Canada's leader in gaming venues, online leagues, esports media and competitive teams. Managing partner, Amuka Capital.
